Conditions of EntryBy entering this venue, you (also referred to as the “Patron”) agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions, please immediately exit the venue.
Service Of Alcohol will not be entertained in any form outside the states law.
Patrons OVER 18 will be issued with designated markers or wrist bands, but may be asked at any time to present Valid ID or Proof of Age.
Patrons UNDER 18 or unable to validate Proof of Age will be issued with designated markers or wrist bands visually different to 18+ patrons, all patrons UNDER 18 are required to be accompanied by a responsible parent/guardian who is a person(s) 18 years or above.
Patrons without a designated marker or wristband maybe asked at anytime to present there ticket as proof of valid entry.
Venue, Staff, Management, or Event Promoters have the right to refuse entry, or ask patrons to leave at any time.
All Patrons will be under constent video surveillance while within the venue or on the premises including outdoor areas.
What personal information we collect:Passports, Australian Drivers Licences (or those issued under the laws of another country), Proof of Age Cards and any other document presented for inspection at the venue. The information that may be collected and maintained comprises of any or all information contained in the above documents, ie; full name, gender, address, date of birth, identification number, and type of ID.
How we use your personal information Patrons whose information is retained indefinitely: • In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us. • When we believe disclosure is appropriate in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing; to protect and defend the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, our employees, or others; to maintain optimal operation of the system; to comply with applicable law or cooperate with law enforcement; or to enforce our terms and conditions or other agreements or policies. • In the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party. This is in line with the length of time most states require venues to keep their CCTV footage to allow ample time for victims to come forward in the case of any incident.
